Cancellation Policy
I understand that schedules can change, and I kindly ask for at least 12–24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may result in a fee or the loss of your deposit.
No call/ No shows will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service or forfeiture of the deposit.
